信和从事HI-FI音响器材的销售已有近二十年的历史。在以往的日子里，信和公司不断地在成长壮大：从1983年名为广信电器的一间小小的零售店直到今天的国际性机构，它的旗下公司有：香港注册的信和音响国际有限公司，位于广东番禺的信和音响Hi-Fi中心、广州的汇和音响有限公司。

　　本公司自1983年成立以来，不断地努力向国内引进了很多国际知名产品，例如：B&W、AR、BOSE、JBL、JAMO、KEF、DYNAUDIO、JEFF ROLLAND、MARK LEVINSON、MCINTOSH、JVC、DENON、ONKYO、YBA、TARA LABS等等，不胜枚举。它们现在都已经成为家喻户晓的著名品牌。信和公司通过不懈的努力和辛勤的市场开发工作，建立起不同品牌的形象及声誉。继而，在信和公司周密的计划、完善的管理、不断的宣传推广以及全国经销商的通力合作下进一步巩固了国内市场的营销地位。

　　Xin He Group, was established and registered in Panyu, CHINA since early 80's and has been working closely with a lot of distribution companies in Hong Kong for nearly 20 years. Meanwhile, Xin He strongly positioned as key player and sub-distributor in China for the following well-know brands:
Yamaha, Sony, Bose, AR, Sherwood, JVC, JBL, Infinity, Nakamichi, Monster Cables, B&W, Musical Fidelity, Cerwin-Vega, KEF, Dynaudio, Jamo, JM LABS and Onkyo…etc.

　　Xin He Company has developed many successful brands and distribution network in CHINA market. We introduced many brand new hi-fi and hi-end products and built up their reputation and remarkable famous in the PRC market by seriously hard-working, special products planning, cost effective promotion and efforts from the strong dealers contribution in over 20 provinces around the whole China.

　　In 1996, Xin He CHINA enlarged the company to an international company and registered in Hong Kong-- Shun Woo Audio Equipment Int'l Ltd., to established the distribution and dealer network for both Home & Car audio business for Hong Kong & Macau.

　　"Confidence" and "Peace" are disciplines and morale of Xin He Group. These are also the key points to maintain relationship and connection between Xin He with both the dealers and principals for mutual understanding. Despite economic crisis are not yet recovered, Xin He is still available to keep expanding and developing the hi-end audio and car audio business without any hesitation.
